SHIPPING POLICY

Affinity is a one man army, I will endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible. There will be day i'm simply not around as per training etc.

Instagram stories will give you the greatest idea of where i am at.
Most orders are sent within a day or two and we use both Hermes and UPS. Royal Mail for small cap orders.

 

If you do need something really quick and need an express shipment please email or contact ahead of time so we can arrange that at an extra cost to you.

SHIPPING COST ERROR PayPal 
We are aware that "quickcart" paypal payments are often making shipping costs over what should be charged. Please checkout fully by entering in details and this returns chipping to normal. We are working on a  long term fix with PayPal.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Any defect to the bags should be emailed in and we'll look to replace that item. Wear and tear will be taken into account and the refund will be decided at out discretion.

Caps, Tshirts cannot be returned once worn.

Supplements once opened cannot be returned.
